Approved Creators describe the project they are raising money for, available Supporter rewards, & their funding goal.
Once the Offbeatr project is live, Creators promote their project to the public. Supporters commit money in exchange for rewards.
When the Creator's funding goal is met, Supporters are charged the money they committed. If the Creator's goal is not reached - no one is charged.
When the funding goal is met, funds are transferred to the Creator to launch their project and fulfill Supporter rewards.
